In order to improve the training effectiveness with
an overall of 75% customer satisfaction by the 3rd Quarter of this
year, and to standardize the procedure of the training course delivery,
we summarized the following workflow for your information &
action:
1. Pre-Training Course
To arrange training course & prepare the participants contact
sheet.
2. Inter-Training Course
- Training course participants registration;
- Course delivery as per the Training Notes (Basic,
Advanced, Hotel & Car, PowerSuite);
- Quiz;
- To let the participants fill out the Evaluation
Form;
- To issue the Training Course Participation Certificate
to trainee
3. After-Training Course
Send training report by email to share the training information
with Sales and Customer Support for follow-up on-site support.
