ClaimIt
With ClaimIt, you will save on precious time and cut hefty costs because you will no longer need to spend your time unproductively on PNR servicing. It allows your travel agent to display and take control of PNR from your airline's reservations system.

Duplicate booking audit
When a duplicate booking occurs, the Abacus system immediately prompts the travel agent for cancellation. This feature is highly effective cost management tool as it releases duplicate inventory can then be released for resale.

Electronic ticketing
This fast, flexible and hassle-free system generates a virtual ticket in your airline's reservations system. To retrieve the ticket, all your passenger needs to do is quote his reference number during check-in at the airport and his boarding pass will be issued to him.

Passive Segment Validation further controls passive activity via online auditing and validation of passive segments. The travel agent will be notified automatically when he enters an incorrect flight segment data.

Ticket Number Notification (TNN)
Once a ticket is issued by your travel agent, a TTY message containing ticketing information will be sent to you. This ticketing information can be generated in either SSR or OSI, depending on your preference.

Wholesale ticketing
